DID YOU KNOW?
You need planning permission to build a wall over 1m high on the boundary of a public highway or footpath
Excessive trespass deterrents, such as broken glass along a wall, could lead to criminal prosecution if injuries are sustained by passers by
Overhanging branches from next door can be cut down up to the boundary, but are still the neighbour's property.
You have access to a neighbour's property to carry out certain works, such as clearing your drains.
